Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent that the House Letter of Intent (House Journal, page 2002) be adopted. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the House Letter of Intent be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 135(FIN) am H Adopt Letter of Intent? YEAS: 10 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Green, Kelly, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Halford, Hoffman, Leman, Lincoln, Salo, Zharoff Excused: Donley and so, the Legislative Letter of Intent was adopted. Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 135 am?"
